L'articolo analizza il recente indirizzo giurisprudenziale relativo alle conseguenze sanzionatorie in caso di ricorso alla somministrazione nelle unità produttive in cui non sia stato predisposto il documento di valutazione dei rischi. The current work deals with the recent jurisprudence about the remedies in case of use of temporary employment in company units lacking of health and safety risk rating document.
